Tony Hawk's Underground (often referred to as THUG) is the fifth installment of the widely popular skateboarding series. It was released on Playsation 2, Xbox, Gamecube and Game Boy Advance. A mobile version and a PC version were also released at later dates.

Background

Unlike the Pro Skater titles you begin your story as a lowly skater who is out to make it big. The game focuses a lot more on the story mode this time around. THUG implements a lot of new features such as getting on and off your board, the inclusion of drivable vehicles and of course new tricks.

Story

The story is based on the events of you (your created skater) and your best friend, Eric Sparrow. The story starts in New Jersey where Chad Muska is performing a skate demo. Eric explains that it'd be a good idea to try and impress him. Muska is impressed and gives you one of his boards before dropping local skate sponsor, Stacey Peralta

Skaters

This is a list of all the playable skaters. These skaters can be played as in any mode except Story. Secret skaters aren't avaliable from the start of the game and need to be unlocked.
